The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) and the Bureau of Administration invested 110.8 million USD to build a New Office Annex (NOX), housing, and support facilities to be located at the Embassy in Sana’a, Yemen. The project consists of a New Office Annex which has accommodation for 57 desks and on compound housing. The NOX is designed and build to provide safe, secure, and functional facilities for the employees who work and reside at the embassy. Acrefine Engineering provided seismic and vibration isolators for mechanical and electrical equipment and installations. Our products were chosen for their high quality to meet the demanding specifications of the New Office Annex, which was built to very high standards after the bombing in the embassy.
